Terms of sales
THE PRICE INCLUDES :
Coaching and collective gears. Transportation, lodging and meals are at your charge and of your choice.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDES :
Individual equipment (to be requested in advance if required), accommodation and meals. For all half-day, and day trips, all training courses and travels, medical and pharmaceutical expenses that may arise during the activity and / or the stay, as well as civil liability and individual accident insurance, Escalade, Via Ferrata or Canyoning (additional subscription to repatriation insurance).
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT :
Half-day, or full-day activities, trainings courses and trips have to be paid in advance in full, by check, cash, bank transfer or credit card (online only, via Stripe).
CANCELLATION BY THE TRAINEE :
For half-day, or full-day activities, any cancellation is definitive and will not be refundable.
For training courses and trips, any cancellation should be made by registered letter and addressed to : Rock’n Jump Adventure – 95 Route de Chez Dupont – 74570 Fillière – France
In case of cancellation on your part, between the registration date and the 16th day before the start of the training course, or travel, your training course, or travel, will be refunded to you at 50% of its value. In case you cancel during the last 15 days before the beginning of the training course, or travel, your training course, or trip, will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER :
Half-day, or full-day activities, training courses and trips can be canceled, if the number of participants is insufficient, up to 2 weeks before the begininning of your travels or training courses, and up to 12 hours before half-day, or full-day activities. Activities paid upon registration will then be fully reimbursed.
PROGRAM CHANGE :
Depending on the level of the participants, the meteorological conditions, for safety reasons, or good mood, we reserve the right to modify the program. These modifications can not, in any case, lead to a refund or compensation.
DELAY IN APPOINTMENTS :
In case of delay to appointments for your half-day or full days activities, training courses, travels, seminars or events, the guide can leave without waiting for you or can change the plan. Your delay to appointments will not give you any refunds.
INSURANCES :
The guide suscribe a professional insurance. It can not be a substitute for personal insurance. A “civil liability” and “individual accident” insurance covering the practice of the half-day, or full day activities, training course or travel, are strongly recommended. We also recommend that you take out repatriation insurance.
FITNESS :
Each trainee must be “fit” to practice the activities for which he is registering. In case of doubt, consult your doctor. You must report any medical condition, or medical treatment to the registration.
STOP BEFORE THE END OF THE TRAINING COURSE :
Any trainee who has started an activity, on a half-day or, a day and who wishes to stop himself, will not be entitled to a refund.
Any trainee who has started a training course, or a trip, and who wishes to stop himself before his term, can not claim a refund. For training course and trips, only a medical problem (written medical certificate) will allow the trainee to continue them days (in proportion to the remaining days), during a new training course, over the current year, or the following year.
